Maverick Secured is a physical safety and security consulting firm, specializing in physical security and emergency planning. Who We Are

Founded in 2011 as Maverick Security Solutions, we have been proud to serve our clients in both the residential and commercial fields. Beginning in 2020, we shifted our focus from being a security integration company, to partnering with other MSP’s to offer a wider range of services that no other company can offer. An important and often understated advantage of this is our ability to provide all of those services, while our clients only have to focus on a single invoice.

Headquartered in Kokomo, Indiana, our extensive network of service partners gives us a nationwide reach with the comfort of working with a company that understands the value of every client relationship. If we are unable to start a project for your organization, we have associates who can. Our referral base is a collective of educators, security and law enforcement professionals, and specialists with expertise in all aspects of violence prevention, emergency management, and organizational health.

What We Do

Once we enter into a client agreement we will gather all the necessary data on your organizations current safety and security ecosystem, including emergency processes and existing facility equipment, to create a tailored solution for your most pressing safety and security needs. A minimum one meeting with your staff members will be required where everyone present will be asked for their input and be given an opportunity to ask questions and address concerns.

Once we have this data, we will present a detailed report on all of your current systems, including a line-item list for every piece of equipment we recommend and what detail of physical security plans and emergency procedures are needed. This process can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months depending on the size and scope of our work to complete, and will require access to the locations of each system headend, and the input of your staff to evaluate current processes and hard infrastructure.

The foundation of every client relationship we build is based on three principles:
People, process, and technology (PPT). By training your staff to appropriately respond to emergencies and how to operate the technology, we increase the safety of everyone in your facility at any given time. The process is what makes the response from people, and the continued training on response and technology, the bridge that brings both the people and the process together. Technology is what drives the ecosystem of safety and security to act as one unified mechanism between the people and the process, and reduces the workload on people while increasing the efficiency of the process.
